All In One Rewinder and Unwinder
All in one Rewinde and Unwinder can be right or let and it is possible to choose between two different options of speed:120rpm or 225rpm. It can handle labels up to 210mm wide and it can rewind rolls of labels with a diameter up to 300mm. It is possible to choose between two different types of core holder: the adjustable core holder from 46mm up to 118mm or the core holder of 1 inch. it is also possible to add a seconed optional support for heavy rolls. The all in one rewinder and unwinder has an external power supply of 220/18 Vac and an electronic circuit controls all the functions. The plate of the all in one rewinder unwinder was designed so that the printer can be laid out on it in order to guarantee correct stability and alignment. The allows the printer to avaoid any possible overturn or interference
The tension arm postions, with reference to the printer's state, is calirated as it follows:- when it is in the central position the device is idle - when is it down the device rewinds the labels - when it is up, the device unwinds the labels
the optained roll will have the labels face out only. When the roll of labels runns out, the device stops thanks to the contact between the tension arms and the plate. An acoustic signal sounds to let you know the roll is finished.
The All In One Rewinder and Unwinder is avaiable in many different versions and evry model is marked by its own code. Throught the configuration table, it is possible to select the version better fitting your needs and to obtain the code of the product to order
