Motorised Unwinder with Interchangable Core
Unwinder with Interchangeable Core Holder give you the chance to interchange the core holder depending on your needs. It is possible to choose between two different types of core holder: the adjustable core holder from 46mm up to 86mm, the core holder of 1 inch or you can create your own core holder of the size better fitting your needs. The unwinder is supplied with one of the two core holders. You can purchase both types of core holders giving you flexibility to interchange the core holders depanding on the needs of your company.
Unwinder with Interchangeable Core Holder can be right or left and it is possible to choose between two different options of speed: 120 rpm or 225prm. It can handle labels up to 120 mm wide and it can unwind rolls or labels with diameter up to 300 mm. It is possible to choose between two different types of core holder: the adjustable core holder from 46 mm upto 118mm or the core holder of 1 inch. It is possible to add a second optional support for heavy rolls.
The Unwinder is positioned behind the printer in case the printer does not include a place big enough to store the roll of labels. The tension arm adjusts the speed of rotation and when it is up, theunwinder turns at full speed, while when it is down, the unwinder is idle. The Motorised Unwinder with Interchangable Core is available in many different versions and every model is maked by is own code. through the configuration table below, it is possible to select the version better fitting your needs.
Important
In case that you want to use an unwinder together with a rewinder. A left unwinder has to be matched with a right rewinder - a right unwinder has to matched with a left rewinder
