Rewinder with Interchangable Core
Rewinder with interchangeable Core Holder give you the chance to interchange the core holder depending on your needs. It is possible to choose between two different types of core holder: the adjustable core holder from 46mm up to 86mm, teh core holder of 1 inch or you can create your own core holder of the size better fitting your needs. The rewinder is supplied with one of the two core holders. You can purchase both types of core holders giving you flexibility to interchange the core holders depanding on the needs of your company.
Rewinder with interchangeable Core Holder can be right or left and it is possible to choose between two different options of speed: 120 rpm or 225prm. It can handle labels up to 120 mm wide and it can rewind rolls or labels with diameter up to 300 mm. It is possible to choose between two different types of core holder: the adjustable core holder from 46 mm upto 118mm or the core holder of 1 inch. It is possible to add a second optional support for heavy rolls.
The Rewinder with Interchangable Core can be used with any type of label printer. The rewinder has an external power supply of 220/18 Vac and an electronic circuit controls all the functions. When the roll of labels runs out, the rewinder stops by uttering an acoustic signal. The possibility to adjust the sense of rotaion, clockwise or counterclockwise allows you to rewind the labels face in or face out.
The tension arm adjusts the speed of rotation and when it is down, the rewinder turns at full speed, while when it is up, the rewinder is idle and blocks the motor's rotation when the printer stops. The Rewinder with Interchangable Core is available in many different versions and every model is maked by is own code. through the configuration table below, it is possible to select the version better fitting your needs.
