Unwinder
Standard Motorised Unwinder
The Standard Motorised Unwinder can be right or left and it is possible to choose between two different options of speed: 120 rpm or 225prm. It can handle labels upto 210 mm wide and it can unwind rolls or labels with diameter up to 300 mm. It is possible to choose between two different types of core holder: the adjustable core holder from 46 mm upto 118mm or the core holder of 1 inch. It is possible to add a second optional support for heavy rolls.
The Standard Mototised Unwinder can be used with any type of label printer. The Unwinder is positioned behind the printer in case the printer does not include a place big enough to store the roll of labels. The unwinder has an external power supply of 220/18 Vac and an electronic circuit controls all the functions. When the roll of labels runs out, the unwinder stops by uttering an acoustic signal.
The tension arm adjusts the speed of rotation and when it is up, the rewinder turns at full speed, while when it is down, the rewinder is idle. The Standard Motorised Unwinder is available in many different versions and every model is maked by is own code. through the configuration table below, it is possible to select the version better fitting your needs.
Important
In case that you want to use an unwinder together with a rewinder. A left unwinder has to be matched with a right rewinder - a right unwinder has to matched with a left rewinder
