Fast And Quiet
The high-speed thermal head of the PD24 allows printing at up to 2 inches per second. In other words, it can print an 8-inch long receipt in just four seconds but with only the slightest murmur from the printer.
Ease-Of-Use As Standard
Like all Citizen printers, we "design in" ease-of-use from the initial concept of our printers. Whether it is the easy-to-load clamshell mechanism or the integral VuePrint? menu system for quick configuration, the PD24 is simplicity itself to setup and use.
More Power To You
The PD24 can be operated from a number of different power supplies. As standard, there is the easy-to-change internal Lithium Ion battery and, included in the standard pack, is an AC adapter which will both power the printer and charge the batteries. Alternatively, you can choose the optional two-station external battery charger to refill batteries between shifts.
In Vehicle Specialists
If you are a truly mobile user, a car power adapter is also available to operate and/or charge your printer. Should you want to mount the printer in to a truck or van, we've also made sure that there are two secure mounting points of the bottom of the printer to allow you to mount it in your vehicle or you can use Citizen's in-vehicle mounting frame.
Accessories And Options
Other options and accessories include a range of shoulder straps, belt clips and carry cases as well as Citizen's specific serial and USB cables. Full details of all of these on request.
